Rookie of the year Award

The Rookie of the Year award recognises new referees who excel on field, train hard and become part of the fabric of the association.

Joseph Eid was named the 2008 Rookie of the year.

Joe was a popular winner from the many rookies who excelled this year. He is one of the hardest trainers, performed well during the season and has really become a part of the association.

The award is presented at the Grand Final Dinner.
